Thank you for being willing to volunteer at the Amplify Conference, a partnership between churches, children’s and youth ministry networks and SU Australia. As a volunteer on the day you will be volunteering for SU Australia.
SU Australia is committed to the safety and holistic wellbeing of all children and young people involved in our events. To ensure that children and young people are kept safe from harm, our staff and volunteers are required to possess a current working with children check; agree to adhere to a code of conduct when working with children; and undergo training in child safety. SU Australia takes child protection and safety seriously and consequently has policies and procedures in place to ensure that children and all participants have the best possible experience with us.
As a volunteer at AMPLIFY conference you are required to:
- Supply SU Australia with your WWCC and date of birth so we can authorise your details
- Agree to the SU Australia Volunteer Code of Conduct - Click here to view
- Participate in a short online training session
- Regularly attend a local church
Once you have completed this form and have received confirmation from your Amplify Hub Coordinator you are an approved volunteer for the Amplify Conference. If you wish to continue volunteering with SU Australia in future events you will be required to complete an additional registration as well as training.
If you have not volunteered with SU or AMPLIFY before, please supply us with the details of a Leader or Pastor from the local church that you are involved with. The hub coordinator may contact them to confirm your suitability for volunteering on the AMPLIFY event.
